How to configure VLC player to stream RTSP/RTP over TCP (RTSP/RTP interleaved)

1. Open VLC
2. Select menu item Tools: Preferences
3. Select the Input & Codecs section
4. Check the box User RTP over RTSP (TCP)
5. Click Save button
